The Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) held at its headquarters in Riyadh, on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, a presentation on "Incitement to Commit Terrorist Crimes in Cyberspace and Preventive Methods," delivered by Dr. Mohammed Al-Subaihi, delegate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to IMCTC in the communications domain, in the presence of the IMCTC Secretary General and member countries' delegates and IMCTC personnel.

During the presentation, Dr. Al-Subaihi introduced the concept of using information technology for terrorist acts. He also emphasized terrorist offenses committed using information technology, such as the dissemination and advocacy of terrorist groups' ideas and principles, the financing and training of terrorist operations, the facilitation of communication between terrorist organizations, the dissemination of methods to make explosives, particularly for use in terrorist operations, and the spread of religious fanaticism and dissention, as well as the attack on religions and beliefs.

The presentation is part of a series of symposia, presentations, and workshops centered on the IMCTC's four counterterrorism domains: ideology, communications, counter-terrorist financing, and military.
