The Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) took part on Monday, February 20, 2023, in the third Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum (RIHF3). The event, organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), is held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and was attended by HRH Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Governor of Riyadh Region, as well as other prominent humanitarian leaders, donors, practitioners, and researchers.

The IMCTC participated actively in the Forum with an introductory pavilion in the accompanying exhibition to highlight its most important efforts across its four counterterrorism domains: ideology, communications, counter-terrorist financing, and military. The IMCTC's pavilion aims to introduce the IMCTC to the international community and to deliver its message of coordinating, unifying, and supporting member countries' efforts across counterterrorism domains with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness in partnership with friendly countries and international organizations working in the same field. The IMCTC's pavilion features its latest scientific and ideological publications in counterterrorism.

The IMCTC's participation comes as part of promoting discussion on legislative and knowledge frameworks and humanitarian field practices and their challenges to find innovative practical solutions in accordance with humanitarian principles and standards, contributing to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strengthening the IMCTC's international humanitarian partnerships, which are a part of its military domain.
