The Secretary General of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition, Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi and HE, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Rassi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral International Affairs, signed today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Riyadh, Headquarters Agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition.

IMCTC Secretary General, Maj. Gen. Al-Moghedi stressed that the signing of the Headquarters Agreement with the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs is an extension of the generous patronage and unlimited support that IMCTC receives from the host country, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH, the Crown Prince, may Allah protect them, and the close oversight by HRH Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Defense and Chairman of IMCTC Defense Ministers Council.

Maj. Gen. Al-Moghedi expressed his gratitude to the wise leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the constant financial and moral support for IMCTC, since its inception and up to the present day that helped it become a unique organization in terms of its mission, at both the Islamic and international level.  He further expressed his pride and that of all IMCTC personnel in signing this agreement that will help strengthen efforts towards achieving global peace and security.

Maj. Gen. Al-Moghedi also expressed gratitude to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the fruitful and constructive strategic cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and IMCTC that helped realize several achievements across multiple areas of mutual interests.​
