The Secretary General of the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition, Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi met in Manama, Sunday, November 19, 2023, with His Excellency Gen. Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and briefed HE on IMCTC's latest updates on its strategic initiatives across counter-terrorism domains.
Further, both sides explored areas of cooperation between IMCTC and the Kingdom of Bahrain, particularly with Bahrain's Joint Counter-Terrorism Center, Financial Investigations Center, and the National Cybersecurity Center.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Maj. Gen. Al-Moghedi attended the 19th IISS Manama Dialogue 2023, in Bahrain, reflecting IMCTC's keenness on strengthening engagement with its Member States in furtherance of common collaboration.
